Our Full Day Retreats give you

Permission to Rest

Imbolc Retreat 24 March 2023

During our Imbolc Retreat we will rest in the wisdom of Brighid - goddess and saint. Be nourished mind, body and soul and let us take care of you today. Come enjoy nourishing food from our farm kitchen, walk the land and enjoy some time in nature. Enjoy some healing meditations and connect to your inner well.

2023 is the first year that Brighid is celebrated and honoured formally in Ireland. So how fitting to have our very first retreat in honour of Brighid during Imbolc.

As life starts to stir after the long winter, let's connect to what is stirring in our heart's and what needs to "push through" into our lives.

Take time to pause and reflect... Selah!

On our retreat days, you will be guided back to a place of inner stillness, to pause, to deepen your senses and to truly reconnect with yourself, with one another and with nature. We will connect to our place in the cycle of the seasons listening to the ancient wisdom that is held within. Throughout the day we will experience the threshold moments that lead us through the power of ritual and how it provides deep insights into traditions both new and old.

Deepening Our Senses at

Caroline’s Welcoming Table

We find grace offered at tables when we slow down, sit still and pay attention to our food as a source of both sustenance and pleasure. We feel deep gratitude when we begin to contemplate the earth from which the food has been given, the hands which have harvested the crops, the service of those who have prepared our food and the heart given hospitality of the ones who have provided the table – the welcoming table around which we now sit. On Retreat we are brought together around Caroline’s table, Caroline’s welcoming table. So as we sit at this table together, let us take a few still moments to remember and reconnect with all the blessings that each meal brings us.

Caroline Rigney

My husband Joe and I are the owners of Rigney's Farm and it has been my lifelong dream to have a farm and have people experience life and nature on our beautiful land in a meaningful way. Apart from being busy on the farm, I am a master Reiki practitioner and have trained in various holistic therapies like Reflexology. I am honoured to be the keeper of this land and to share its wisdom and healing spaces and plants. It is my privilege to take you on healing Nature walks here in Curragchase forest and give you permission to retreat, replenish and rest body, mind and soul for the day.

Sharon Collopy

I am a mindfulness and holistic wellness practitioner, whose journey as a therapist began in 2010 as a result of feeling unfulfilled in life, and so began her journey to seek out a way of living that moved at a slower pace, one that gave a greater sense of joy, peace, purpose and overall well being. I specialize in teaching group mindfulness programs and have become known for my heart-centred, down-to-earth, engaging and authentic approach.

Jo-Anne MacMillan

I am a trans-personal and sound therapist in private practice since 2009. It is my Joy to help my clients connect to their inner wisdom and light and how to shine that light bravely in the world. I have a background in psychology, psychotherapy, sound therapy and shamanism and I weave all of these together to cultivate a growing space for you. I have a special connection with the drum and singing bowls, with which I co-create and weave a space for you to connect to your inner wisdom.
