Little Heaven Retreats at Rigney's Farm gives you time to retreat, recalibrate and connect deeper with yourself in the stunning surrounds of Curraghchase, Co. Limerick.

If you are feeling the call to take time out for self-care, to connect with nature, with yourself and find your peace...then one of our Retreat Days will suit you.

Where we blend nature walking, meditating, mindfulness, energy healing and connecting with like-minded souls who just want space for peace and healing.

Rigney's Farm is set in the stunning surrounds of the beautiful Curraghchase Forest Park.

This land is filled with powerful healing energy and filled with wild native flowers that pollinating insects love, especially our bees.

Summer Flowers such as Birdsfoot Trefoil, Willbowbay, Self-Heal and Wild Irish Rose.

Apart from being the busy co-owner and keeper of the land at Rigney's farm, Caroline is a Master Reiki Practitioner and Reflexologist.

Caroline knows the importance of taking time out to mind yourself and recharge for the demands of everyday life.

It has been Caroline's dream to share the beautiful healing land at Rigney's Farm with other people who need to take some time to rest.

Having someone to look after you for the day, walking the land and having gentle activities to reconnect with yourself. Giving you permission to REST.

Designed around the natural rhythm of nature

Our events follow some important events within the Celtic Calendar.

Imbolc, Bealtaine, Samhain, Winter Solstice all offer you an opportunity to connect with seasons externally, but also internally.

Connecting with what is happening in nature during any season, gives us permission to connect with what is reflected back to us from the land.

Registration between 09:00 and 09:30 am and runs until 4:30 pm

All meals are catered for on the day, and depending on the season you need to bring the appropriate shoes and weather gear for activities.
